Discussion...

Plenty of cloud cover around this morning, but temperatures are on
the mild side as most sites west of the plateau are sitting in the
mid 50's. Cloud cover will linger today and south winds will
increase to around 10-15 mph this afternoon. As moisture advects
into the area, high res models are showing a few light, scattered
showers this afternoon. I kept the slight chance pop, but trimmed
it back to mainly west of I-65. Other than that, no changes were
made to the forecast.

18z taf discussion.

Chances for rain will increase later today and overnight, but
still not enough confidence for prevailing mention. Additional
moisture should bring MVFR cigs later this evening and overnight,
with on and off returns to VFR possible. As rain chances increase
further on Monday, expect cigs to drop further during the
afternoon. Southerly winds around 10 to 15 knots gusting up to 20
knots will continue through the taf period, with some wind shear
possible overnight as well.
