Eastern Lake Superior. Freezing spray warning in effect. Wind northeast 25 knots backing to north 20 near midnight then diminishing to north 15 early Tuesday morning. Wind backing to northwest 15 near noon Tuesday then to west 20 Tuesday evening. Snow changing to flurries near midnight. Visibility 1 mile or less in precipitation. Freezing spray ending Tuesday morning.

Whitefish Bay. Wind north 15 knots veering to northeast 15 early Tuesday morning then increasing to southwest 20 Tuesday evening. Snow changing to flurries near midnight. Visibility as low as 1 mile in precipitation.
