... Astronomical Summer was much warmer and wetter than the
long-term average in La Crosse WI...

The astronomical Summer of 2019 (june 21 through September 22)
was tied for 9th warmest (73.4 degrees) with 1995 and 2005,
and 24th wettest (16.52 inches) at La Crosse regional Airport.

The average minimum temperature of 63.5 degrees. This was tied
with 1980 and 2016 for the 4th warmest average minimum temperature
for an astronomical Summer. The warmest average minimum temperature
(64 degrees) just occurred last year.

During astronomical Summer, La Crosse regional Airport had an
average temperature of 73.4 degrees. This was 3.3 degrees warmer
than the long-term average of 70.1 degrees. This was tied for the
9th warmest with 1995 and 2005.
