I am an old lady who lives in a shoe, white hair, blue eyes and all of five foot two.

Normally, I am not a political person (or try not to be) but I do think that it is important that the First Lady of our Country be able to represent this great Nation of ours with dignity, poise and charm as she meets, greets and entertains leaders and dignataries from around the world. So, as our country draws closer to the election in November, each of us will have to decide on which party, which candidate or which First Lady we want to have in the White House for the next four years. My question is,
"What do you look for in the First Lady and does she factor into your decision on who you will vote for"..
while this is a serious topic, have fun with it but play nice..:)

Here is a picture of my granddaughter, Tori, at the commissioning service last month. This was taken by a photographer for the local newspaper in Wilmington..
hopefully I will get some other pictures added over the coming weekend - and maybe some of them will be ones that I took IF I can figure out how to download them from my camera!..lol
