How to lose weight in 3 weeks

I'm writing this blog on the following steps I took to lose weight in 3 weeks.As some know I've been on a weight loss journey and have changed my life style around.Now this worked for me and everyone's body is different so I'm not saying it'll work for everyone.

So each morning I have a bowl of oatmeal with a side of fruit (I'm allergic to apples so I substitute with other things) and a glass of lemon water or orange juice.Its better to have a bigger breakfast as that keeps you fuller longer and you won't start craving tings that are unhealthy (like a candy bar).I usually have a larger breakfast with a smaller lunch and smaller dinner.Or you can switch up and have a small breakfast a nice proportioned lunch and a small dinner ect ect...
So what I've manly been eating for lunch and dinner is roasted or baked chicken (allergic to most fish) with steamed veggies (try to avoid butter and salt) or steamed shrimp with steamed veggies (you can also try roasted vegetables if you want) .I'll also have soup as well.Try to make your own soup at home too as most named brands have high sodium in them and you can season it the way you like.Cut out the fried foods and salty foods as much as possible and substitute sugary snacks with a small salad or granola bar.
Or another step I'll do is replace a meal with a protein shake or home made smoothie (try to use the natural sweetness of the fruit instead of artificial sugar) and in the smoothie you can use soy milk as well.
Also stay away from the soda and other sweet drinks and stick to water or if you are a person that does workout a lot you can drink gaterade.When I stopped drinking soda for a long long time and deciding to take a sip of a can a few weeks ago it tasted like straight corn syrup (well that's what its made of duh)
Try not to eat anything past 5:30 at night.Eating late at night helps you put on pounds.Maybe a cracker or two but but not fatty foods or a whole meal
Last but not least don't skip any meals!
I work out 6 days a week for 45-50 minutes by doing mostly cardio and aerobics.I get on the treadmill for about 10 minutes and then on the stair climber for about 20.I also incorporate a zumba class into my work out which is about 20 minutes long and you'll be doing a lot of movements that'll work out different parts of the body.Or they have pool aerobics where yo'll do a class in the pool and you can burn off calories this way.
If you can't make it to the gym try to walk for at least 15 to 20 minutes a day.You'll be surprised at how walking can hep your body even if you aren't doing any heavy exercising.
Its okay to have a cheat day (maybe you want to have a bite of a burger or a slice of pizza) you can do that.It'll let your body finally have something its been craving.But try not to over indulge.
Well those are steps that I took that helped me loose weight in a short amount of time.I'm not claiming to be a fitness or dietary guru and these tips may not work for everyone.
