* Where... in New Hampshire, coastal Rockingham County. In Maine,
coastal York, coastal Cumberland, Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Knox and
coastal Waldo counties.

* Impacts... damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Some power outages are likely. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
