Areas of dense fog will affect portions of south central and eastern
Virginia, and northeast north Carolinas early this morning.
Visibilities will be reduced to one mile or less in places through
the morning commute.

Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to
the areas of fog. Drive at reduced speeds and use low beam
headlights only.
