... High rip current risk remains in effect through Saturday

... Threat of minor coastal flooding near times of high tide...

* coastal flooding... sensitive and low-lying locations along the
Atlantic coast and the Intracoastal Waterway may experience
minor flooding near times of high tide.

* Coastal flooding timing... through at least Saturday morning. The
next high tides will be between 8 PM EDT and 11 PM EDT this
evening and 8 am EDT and 11 am EDT on Saturday morning.

* Coastal flooding impacts... waters levels of around 1 foot
above predicted astronomical tides could cause minor tidal
inundation near times of high tide along the Atlantic coast
and the Intracoastal Waterway. Areas impacted include docks,
piers, and some Waterfront streets.

* Rip current timing... through at least Saturday morning.

* Rip current impacts... life threatening rip currents will pose
a hazard to swimmers. Heed the advice of lifeguards. Swimming
is not recommended.
