* what... for the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 30 to 40 mph
with gusts up to 60 mph expected. For the Wind Advisory,
northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* Where... swift, Lac Qui Parle, Stevens, Chippewa, Yellow
Medicine and Redwood counties.

* When... for the High Wind Warning, from 3 PM this afternoon to
4 am CDT Tuesday. For the Wind Advisory, from 4 am to 4 PM CDT
Tuesday.

* Impacts... strong winds will make travel hazardous for high
profile vehicles. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured
objects. Tree limbs likely will be blown down, resulting in
