... Dense fog advisory remains in effect until 10 am PST this
morning...
* what... visibility below one quarter of a mile in dense fog.
* Where... central Douglas County and eastern Curry County and
Josephine County. This includes the Illinois Valley, Grants
Pass area, Applegate valley and the Umpqua basin, including
Cave Junction, Selma, Provolt, Grants Pass, Glendale,
Canyonville, Myrtle Creek, Roseburg, Sutherlin and Elkton.
This also includes the Interstate 5 corridor between Grants
Pass and curtain as well Highway 199 in the Illinois Valley.
* When... until 10 am PST Thursday.
* Impacts... hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
* Additional details... areas of dense fog are expected to develop
tonight and persist into this morning. Some locations may see
visibilities improve around mid morning Thursday. However,
locally dense fog is expected to continue through late Thursday
morning.
