Flash Flood Watch
Issued: 3:17 AM PST Dec. 5, 2019 – National Weather Service

... Flash Flood Watch in effect from Friday afternoon through late
Friday night...

The National Weather Service in San Francisco has issued a

* Flash Flood Watch for the kincade fire burn area and downstream
locations.

* From Friday afternoon through late Friday night

* steadier rain will develop Friday afternoon and continue into
the weekend. Excessive rain rates and rainfall amounts Friday
and Friday night from 2 to 4 inches may trigger flash flooding
over the burn area.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should flash flood warnings be issued.
