* Forecast, fall below 16 feet this evening.
* Impact, at 16.0 feet, water affects sidewalks along the river at
Le Claire park. Water also affects Credit Island Lane and moline's
River Drive in the 4700 block.

* Where... portions of east Central, Northeast and southeast Iowa
and northwest and west central Illinois.

* When... from midnight tonight to 3 PM CDT Tuesday.

* Impacts... gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects and
create travel difficulties for high profile vehicles on north
south roads. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power
outages may result.

... Strong southwest winds through late afternoon...

A brief period of southwest winds of 25 to 30 mph, with gusts of
to 40 to 45 mph, will continue through 4 PM. These winds will
diminish this evening, but will remain gusty at times.

Winds of this magnitude could make travel difficult at times,
especially for high profiles vehicles on north to south roadways.
Consider securing loose outdoor items or bringing them indoors.
