* what... for the first Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind
chills. Wind chills as low as 30 below zero. For the second
Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind
chills as low as 35 below zero.

* Where... Koochiching, north St. Louis, northern Cook and lake,
central St. Louis, Southern Lake, southern Cook and Carlton
and south St. Louis counties. This includes the tribal lands
of the Fond Du Lac band, the Grand Portage reservation and the
Bois forte band, Nett Lake and, lake Vermillion areas.

* When... for the first Wind Chill Advisory, until 10 am CST this
morning. For the second Wind Chill Advisory, from 9 PM this
evening to noon CST Wednesday.

* Impacts... the dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
