higher terrain of southwest Virginia, with accumulations of 1 to
2 inches likely for the northern plateau, and east Tennessee
mountains.
* Impacts... roads may become slick in periods of heavier
precipitation, primarily between 7 PM and midnight in southwest
Virginia.
