... Snow will increase in coverage and intensity this morning...

At 7 am, light to occasionally moderate snow was falling across
far northern Wisconsin, and was quickly spreading into the central
part of the state. The snow is expected to overspread the rest of
northeast and east central Wisconsin by mid-morning, and become
heavier across the entire region. The heaviest snow is expected to
occur from 9 am to 3 PM, with some locations along and north of
Highway 29 seeing snowfall rates of an inch an hour during this
period. Travel conditions will deteriorate rapidly this morning.

Motorists should use caution during the morning commute,
especially in northern and central Wisconsin. The commute should
be safe for much of the Fox Valley and Lakeshore areas early this
morning, but snow is expected to rapidly increase around 9 am.
