The National Weather Service in Upton has issued a Wind Advisory,
which is in effect until 6 PM EDT Thursday.

evening along the coast, becoming west and expanding across the
entire area tonight into Thursday.

* Where... entire tri-state area.

* When... from 10 PM this evening to 6 PM EDT Thursday.

* Impacts... strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power
lines. Scattered power outages are expected.
