... Lakeshore Flood Warning remains in effect from 10 am Tuesday to
midnight EDT Tuesday night...
... Lakeshore flood advisory is cancelled...

The National Weather Service in Detroit/Pontiac has cancelled the
Lakeshore flood advisory that was in effect for today. The Flood
Warning for Tuesday remains in effect.

* Lake Shore flooding... southwest winds will strengthen on Tuesday
in the wake of a cold front that will bring a quick increase in
water levels along the Northern Lake St Clair shoreline from
Anchor Bay to Harsens Island.

* Impacts... shoreline erosion, damage to docks, and minor flooding
along the shore can be expected.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Lakeshore Flood Warning means that flooding is occurring or
imminent along the lake. Residents on or near the shore in the
warned area should be alert for rising water... and take appropriate
action to protect life and property.
