... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 1 PM EST this
afternoon...

* what... mixed wintry precipitation expected. Total snow
accumulations of one to three inches and ice accumulations up
to a tenth of an inch.

* Where... all of central and northern Vermont. Franklin, Essex,
and Clinton counties in northern New York.

* When... continuing through 1 PM EST Tuesday. Periods of freezing
rain this morning will be gradually transitioning to snow later
this morning before ending this afternoon.

* Impacts... plan on icy Road conditions, especially on untreated
surfaces. Roads will likely be snow covered and icy for this
morning's commute with visibility below one mile in snow.

* Additional details... temperatures will generally range from
the upper 20s to lower 30s during the mixed precipitation
event.
